How To Register For Fiber Arts Classes

1. SEARCH CLASSES: Classes can be searched by category, instructor, class number, or day. Multi-day classes are listed separately on the multi-day class tab.
2. LEARN MORE:Use the (i) button to access tabs that provide detailed class descriptions, materials fees, required experience level, and additional project photos. On a phone, it may be a small grey (i) button above a blue arrow on the right side of the screen. Try viewing the page in portrait mode; some phones will automatically convert the (i) button into an INFO button, making it easier to see. Class not for you? Hit “Cancel” or “Ok” to return to the main schedule.
3. BOOK YOUR CLASS:Select the Class Time under the class photo. Choose the number of tickets (registrations) you want using the button. You can register (purchase tickets) for a maximum of 4 people per class.
4. CREATE AN ACCOUNT:You will be prompted to log in to your account. If you don't already have an account, please fill in the required information, including a password, to create your account.
5. SHOPPING CART & PAYMENT: The sessions you have added to your cart will be displayed here. You can choose to click on “add another class,” “change,” or “remove classes” in your cart. Enter your credit card information. When you are ready, agree to the terms and conditions, pay, and confirm your booking.
6. PRINT YOUR ORDER!Once payment is accepted, you’ll get an email receipt confirming your order. Please print and keep a copy of this email, and bring it with you to class. Check your trash or spam folders if you don’t see this email. You will receive a reminder approximately 4 days before your class.

REGISTRATION DETAILS & ACCOMMODATIONS
• Minors may not register for Wonders of Wool fiber arts classes without the express consent of Festival management, a signed waiver from a parent or guardian, and written permission from the Instructor.
• Individuals requiring special accommodations, please notify us at the time of registration.
• Unregistered persons or onlookers are not allowed in any class.

MATERIALS FEES
Materials Fees are in addition to the registration fees and must be paid directly to the Instructor. An ATM will be on the grounds.

YOUR RECEIPT IS YOUR STUDENT PACKET. PLEASE REFER TO THE
FESTIVAL MAP FOR YOUR CLASS LOCATION.

CANCELLATIONS
A class not meeting a minimum number of registrations or due to circumstances beyond our control may be canceled, and the Festival will notify any affected students. The Festival will not be responsible for lodging, travel expenses, or other fees incurred by a student prior to cancellation.

CHANGES IN MAILING AND EMAIL ADDRESSES OR PHONE NUMBERS
The Festival will not be responsible for incorrect phone numbers, mailing, or email addresses. Update information or manage your bookings at bookeo.com/wswfwow/customer.

Do not contact an instructor directly to get into a sold-out class!

THURSDAY – SET UP DAY
The Country Store is CLOSED on Thursday for vendor setup. For your safety, please do not enter those barns or buildings where exhibitors, fairground staff, and volunteers work. Thank you!
