Cover Artwork by Sarah Knight, Illustrator

BFA (Scientific Illustration), University of Michigan. “I have been drawing since I was a child. It’s what I like to do. My work tends to contain birds, woodland animals, flowers, trees, and things generally found in landscapes. I use a variety of media to make illustrations. Everything starts with a sketch, a pen and ink drawing, and then involves some mixture of Photoshop, colored pencil drawing, and my digital photography. My style is realism with a touch of whimsy and usually all the colors.”
