General Information WOW Fiber Arts Classes

FEES
Registration Fees: Half-day Classes – 3 hours each @ $40 per student, Full-day Classes – 6 hours each @ $80 per student, or as indicated. Note that some classes are split, requiring students to attend two separate days. Materials fees are to be paid directly to instructor.

DEADLINE – AUGUST 15
Pre-registration required. Registrations for the Wonders of Wool classes must be received at the WSBC office by August 15 (postmark or online registration date). Persons registering for classes by that date will receive a daily gate pass or weekend pass for the day(s) of their classes.

STUDENT PACKET
Persons registering for Wonders of Wool classes will be mailed a Gate Pass, class location information and a map of the fairgrounds. Gate passes will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form. Students will be contacted by phone or email only if a class is filled or cancelled. Fill out contact information completely for each person registering for classes. Juveniles (10-15 years of age) may only register for classes with the approval of instructor. Unregistered persons/onlookers will not be allowed in any class.

Materials fees are extra, to be paid to the instructor at class.
Do not send materials fees with your registration!

REFUND POLICY
No refunds of class fees unless a class is cancelled or filled.

LIMITED ENROLLMENT – CANCELLATIONS
Each class has a maximum enrollment listed.
Classes that do not meet a minimum number of registrations by the deadline may be cancelled. Classes are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Registrations accepted on a first come-first serve basis and by date of receipt. Please check website for updates: www.wisconsinsheepandwoolfestival.com

LATE REGISTRATIONS
Late registrations may be possible. For openings after the August 15 deadline and prior to the festival, please check with the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op office at
608 868-2505 or for last minute openings at the festival, go to the Registration Table in the lobby of the Activity Center.

ADMISSION TO FAIR PARK
Admission will be charged at the Gate – Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
Kids 8 and under FREE – Parking FREE
Forget your pass and you will be asked to pay admission. No exceptions.
