The Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative supports many educational and scholarship activities through the proceeds of this annual and popular fund raising event. The Shepherds’ Auction will be held beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Activity Center. Buyer’s numbers are required.

Auction items are provided by festival exhibitors, vendors, WSBC members and supporters. This is a great opportunity to purchase everything from quilts to spinning wheels, sweaters to sheep equipment. Money raised underwrites four college scholarships given annually by the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op, educational activities and programs for kids and adults alike, the educational booth at the Wisconsin State Fair, the new Sweepstakes program for youth attending the festival and many other activities that help grow the sheep industry for Wisconsin producers and fiber enthusiasts alike.

You may also contribute online by filling out the contribution form at www.wisconsinsheepandwoolfestival.com , filling out the form provided below or stop at Registration in the lobby of the Activity Center. Donations to the auction will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6.

The Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op acknowledges with great appreciation the many contributors who have supported these fund raising efforts since the auction was begun in 1990. We would also like to thank auctioneer Bob Johnson, who has donated his time, clerking staff and auction items.
