Cover Artwork by Clare Margaret

“On Guard” is a work by Harrisburg, PA artist Clare Margaret done in hand-cut paper art. Her cuttings range from one sheet of paper to many using hand-painted, handmade and art papers, an X Acto knife and scalpel, and whose subject matter leans toward a peaceful stillness. A “lucky mom of two daughters,” she thoroughly enjoys creating art that incorporates both animals and paper.
